Effective and last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of peerdynamic.com (the “Website”), operated by PeerDynamic. By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Informational professional website
The Website presents general information about Joseph Annuzzi Jr, PeerDynamic, professional experience, publications, projects, technical capabilities, and potential services or opportunities. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
No contract, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation to provide services is created merely because you visit the Website or submit the contact form. Any services will be governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Contact-form submissions
You may use the contact form only for legitimate inquiries. You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, trade secrets, or other sensitive, confidential, or privileged information through the form. Submitting information does not create a duty of confidentiality unless PeerDynamic has separately agreed to one in writing.
You authorize PeerDynamic and its service providers to process your submission as reasonably necessary to receive, review, respond to, and retain the inquiry in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You do not grant PeerDynamic any broader right to publish or commercially exploit your message.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or harmful purpose;
- submit malicious code, spam, automated solicitations, or misleading information;
- attempt to bypass security, interfere with operation, gain unauthorized access, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- use automated means to scrape or extract substantial portions of Website content in a manner that burdens the Website or violates applicable law; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, PeerDynamic or its licensors own the Website content, design, text, diagrams, graphics, and other materials. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, modify, or commercially exploit Website materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law or an applicable license.
Book covers, publisher names, third-party marks, products, and services are the property of their respective owners. They are shown or referenced for identification and biographical context; such reference does not imply endorsement.
6. Third-party services and links
The Website uses or links to third-party services, including Formspree for contact-form processing, Google Cloud App Engine for hosting, Google Workspace for communications, LinkedIn, and publication-related sites. PeerDynamic does not control third-party sites or guarantee their availability, security, content, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
7. Privacy
PeerDynamic’s collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, including information about Formspree, Google Cloud, retention, international transfers, and privacy rights.
8. Website availability and changes
PeerDynamic may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. PeerDynamic does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeerDynamic and its owner, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, malicious or abusive conduct, or material violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or prohibits this provision.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
14. Changes to these terms
PeerDynamic may update these terms by posting a revised version on the Website. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are made. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the PeerDynamic contact form.
